In the morning, we brought the boys cycling at Lembah Kiara Recreational Park in TTDI. Cycling, swimming and running are currently their physical exercises, and hubby and I are trying to get encourage them to do these activities more often to build up their physical stamina and resiliency. We don't want them to grow up wanting to be in an air-conditioned room and disliking being in the sun.
I like this place as it is a good place to cycle and just by the forest. We could hear the insects chirping too.

| The boys collected these seeds. I don't know what they are. E always thinks that seeds, pinecones and flowers are gifts from the trees. He asked, "Mummy, why the trees always give me presents?" How nice if children could be easily fulfilled by these treasures from nature. |
