1.5.11: The Ugly Duckling Puppet Show

We went to see The Ugly Duckling Puppet Show at MATIC, Ampang. It was interesting to see how they moved the puppets. The puppeteer wore special slippers that had wires attached to the puppets leg and when she walked, it looked like as though the puppet walked. No photography was allowed during the performance.

However, we found the show a little short, around 45 minutes, and the end was somewhat hanging. I had expected to see the ugly duckling (who had now turned into a swan) go back and visit his "siblings" and mother. However, the show ended when the ugly duckling turned into a swan. The ending was slightly abrupt.
